We only accept a minimum of 1 year contract for all our properties and would require post dated checks for payment
We only accept pets in our rentals within Quezon City, but not in Pasig City.
We will require 2 IDs and the signed contracts to be directly emailed back to us. Additional identification documents might be required if needed.
